A grand healthy living expo with Holiday Gym and Spa

Holiday Gym and Spa, the premier health and wellness destination in Davao City , will hold another healthy living expo at the Event Centre of SM City Davao on October 10.

The event, which is the second since last year, will feature Holiday Gym & Spa and its sister companies that are campaigning healthy and active living. Among the companies which will join the expo are: Center for Asian Culinary Studies- Davao (CACS), Camp Holiday Resort and Holiday Ocean View Samal.

All physical education students, fitness enthusiasts and wanna-bees are invited to grace the expo. There will be several mini-lectures on health and wellness as well as exercise workshops.

The highlight of the event will be the 2nd Davao Mega Aero Marathon. The first Davao Mega Aero Marathon was successfully held at The Venue last year. It was also the first time that an aero marathon was held at 6 a.m. with internationl fitness guru- Lawrence Biscontini as special guest. Last year was also the first time that the Holiday Business Group held two healthy living expo at the SM City and at Gaisano Mall.

A fitting treat to those tired muscles. Holiday group exercise instructors also performed a demo of the different group exercise classes being taught at HGS like Latin, Step, Hi-lo, Kickboxing, Cardio Belly, Hiphop, Striptease and Yo-chi.
